Student of Concern Report
This form is for the use by MBU students, faculty, staff, or parents and community partners. Please provide detailed information regarding the concern you are reporting. Once the form is received, a MBU CARES Team Member will review the information and take appropriate action, which may or may not include contacting the student, you, and any witnesses you have identified. Our goal is to connect with the student before a situation reaches crisis level.

Sharing Shop
As part of the MBU CARES program, the Dean of Students office provides emergency food and other vital household items to students. Food insecurity and meeting the basic needs of college students have emerged as a critical concern across higher education in the United States. Studies show that food-secure students typically perform better academically when compared to their food-insecure counterparts.
