Dr. Lisa Woodman - Missouri Baptist University

Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Accessibility and Health Services

Dr. Woodman is a proud alumna who received her master’s degree in Counseling and doctorate degree in Higher Education Leadership from MBU. Her dissertation topic was college readiness and physical disability. She worked for 28 years in secondary education as an English teacher, guidance counselor and guidance director. Now at MBU, Dr. Woodman oversees Student Accessibility Services, Health Services, and MBU CARES. She is passionate about serving the whole student through the compassion and care of Christ. 

Dr. Woodman serves on the Visitors’ Board at Hannibal LaGrange University and serves as Chair of the Women’s Leadership Committee for Macoupin Baptist Association. She is married to Rev. Cliff Woodman, the lead pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Carlinville, Illinois. They have two children, Alicia Grace and Daniel.
