Jason Kaminsky worked in IT Management for over thirty-five years for several major St. Louis based businesses.  Most recently he worked for Nestle Purina for over twenty years.  Kaminsky joined Missouri Baptist University’s College of Business & Entrepreneurship as an Adjunct Professor in 2019, transitioned to the position of Assistant Professor of Management in 2020, and is now the Associate Dean of the School of Accounting, Business Administration, & Technology.  He earned his Doctor of Management degree in 2010 from Webster University.  His passions include the field of leadership and organizational development.  His doctoral dissertation focused on leadership.  A summary of his dissertation was published in the Journal of Leadership Studies in 2012.  Kaminsky also holds two graduate degrees from Washington University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.  He also earned certification as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2000.
