The Robert W. Plaster College of Business & Entrepreneurship at Missouri Baptist University is seeking qualified applicants for adjunct instructor opportunities at the Regional Learning Center in Arnold, Missouri. Applicants must reside in the United States of America.
The successful applicant in accounting will teach accounting courses in the evenings in the face-to-face format. A master’s degree in accounting with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a CPA license is preferred. A master’s degree in a related business field with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a CPA license may be considered. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution.
The successful applicant in management will teach management or general business courses in the evenings in the face-to-face format. A master’s degree in Management or Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree also in Management, Business Administration, or related field of study is required. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution.
The successful applicant in computer science, data analytics, or information technology will teach technology courses in the evenings in the face-to-face format. A master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a bachelor’s degree also in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics is preferred. A master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics with a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study may be considered. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution.
Teaching experience at the college level with competency in Canvas LMS is preferred. At least three to five years of management-level industry experience referred. Applicants with data analytics skills, knowledge of the certification processes, and advanced Excel and Tableau skills are a plus. The applicant must be able to relate to and engage students.
