The School of Business at Missouri Baptist University is seeking qualified applicants for adjunct instructor opportunities for the Regional Learning Center at the following locations: Arnold, Farmington, Hillsboro, Leadington, Moscow Mills, and Union in Missouri as well as Godfrey, Illinois.
The successful adjunct instructor in accounting candidate will teach accounting courses in the evenings in the face-to-face format. A master’s degree in Accounting with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a CPA license is preferred. A master’s degree in a related field with an undergraduate degree in accounting and a CPA license may be considered. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution.
The successful adjunct instructor in management candidate will teach management or general business courses in the evenings in the face-to-face format. A master’s degree in Management or Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree also in Management, Business Administration, or related field of study is required. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution.
The successful adjunct instructor in computer science or information technology candidate will teach technology courses in the evenings in the face-to-face format. A master’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science with a bachelor’s degree also in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics is preferred. A master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics with a bachelor’s degree in a related field of study may be considered. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution.
Direct industry experience, industry certifications, LMS competency at the college level, data analytics, and or advanced Excel and Tableau skills is a plus for any of the above positions.
