Missouri Baptist University is located north of Highway 40 and half a mile west of Interstate 270 in West St. Louis County.
From Lambert International Airport
- Travel west on Interstate 70 for approximately three miles.
- Exit onto Interstate 270 South via Exit 232 toward Memphis.
- Take I-270 South to exit 12, I-64/US-40/US-61 West toward Wentzville.
- Take Exit 24 for Mason Road.
- Veer right onto Mason Road and take the next immediate right onto North Outer 40.
- Follow the outer road eastbound for approximately one mile.
- Turn left on College Park Drive, just prior to the MBU sign.
From Interstate 270 North or South (North County and South County)
- Take I-270 North or South to exit 12, I-64/US-40/US-61 west toward Wentzville.
- Take Exit 24 for Mason Road.
- Turn right onto Mason Road and then take the next immediate right onto North Outer 40.
- Follow the outer road eastbound for approximately one mile.
- Turn left prior to the MBU entrance sign.

From US-40 Eastbound
- Take I-64/US-40/US-61 east to Exit 24 for Mason Road. Exit sign reads “MO Baptist College.” Exit will continue on South Outer 40 Road.
- When you reach Mason Road, turn left at the stoplight. Now traveling north, you will cross over US-40.
- Take a right onto North Outer 40 just beyond the overpass.
- Follow the outer road eastbound for approximately one mile.
- Turn left prior to the MBU entrance sign.

From US-40 Westbound
Due to the Highway 40 construction, we recommend taking I-70 West (northern detour) or I-44 West (southern detour) of Saint Louis City. This is applicable to all visitors traveling through Illinois. From I-70 West take I-270 South and follow the directions for 270 South. From I-44 take I-270 North and follow the directions for 270 North.
From North Outer 40
Follow College Park an eighth mile, veering to the left of the Field Building, and drive up the slope. There will be visitor’s parking on your left. See Building Locations for more details on your destination.
