In Fall 2019, our campus library was refurbished and reopened as our new Jung-Kellogg Learning Center, and became home to not only great library resources, but provided more modern spaces to study, present, communicate and learn for students. The complete alumni-funded project allowed the creation of improved workplaces like our Fish Makerspace, the Petty Commons, the Gwaltney Quiet Room and a few others, each space purposing a different source of opportunity to increase teamwork and creativity, while including state-of-the-art technology. Our goals for the new Learning Center are to allow students a stimulating area to work, a place to access resources galore and reach their own academic goals.
