Certificate in Sport Management

The field of sport management is a rapidly growing field.  The sports industry, which includes interscholastic sports, recreational sports, club sports, athletic clubs, and university athletics, as well as professional sports, grows each year, and the need for trained professionals increases from year to year.  Students enrolling in the sport management certificate program will obtain a deeper understanding of the “business end of sports” while participating in online courses that have been prepared to meet their individual needs.  Practical hands-on experiential opportunities are built into each of the courses, skills are further enhanced, and professional networks are developed as students complete the twelve-hour certificate program.
