Woodworth joined the University as the Vice President of Business Affairs in 2021. Woodworth provides strategic leadership for the University’s business and finance functions, as well as for the management of its financial and capital resources. Woodworth oversees Accounting, Payroll, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Operations, and Financial Services. Woodworth is highly collaborative across all functions to support the University’s vision of becoming widely known as a model Christian liberal arts university that is exceptional at integrating faith and learning.

He formerly served as the Assistant Vice President of Fiscal Affairs and Controller at Lindenwood University, where he was a key member of the University’s transition in the Workday ERP software implementation. Woodworth also previously served as the Controller at Hannibal-LaGrange University, where he implemented several technology improvements to better serve the institution and create efficiencies.

Mr. Woodworth earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from California Baptist University and his Master of Science in Management at Liberty University. Woodworth formerly served as an Elder of Calvary Baptist Church, Hannibal, Mo.  He currently attends First Baptist Church O’Fallon, Mo., where he is an active member and serves in several ministries and committees. Woodworth and his wife Jessica, reside in O’Fallon, MO., with their three children, Bethany, Abigail, and Gabriel.
