After you submit an application to the university, the International Student Services office will contact you with a detailed list of admission requirements specific for your situation.

For students planning on playing for an MBU athletic team, please note that admission to MBU does not ensure NAIA eligibility. Check the NAIA Eligibility Center to find information on required documents, which must be submitted in order to qualify to play.
We do require all international students in F-1 or J-1 status to have health insurance, and we automatically enroll students in the university’s plan. If you are already covered by a plan from your home country, we will need a completed insurance waiver request form along with a copy of the policy and insurance card by the end of the first week of classes in order to consider a waiver. The policy will be sent to our insurance company for evaluation, and if it meets our minimum requirements, we may waive all or part of the school’s policy requirement.
