The IT office is located in the lower level of the Muncy Gymnasium.
Office hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
When evening classes are in session a technician will usually be available until 6:00 p.m.

Services

Logging on to myMBU

Email: Student ID number followed by “@mobap.edu” (ex: 1234567@mobap.edu)
Password: You should have received your initial password in a welcome email. If you did not receive the email or have or have forgotten it, you can reset it using the Password Reset Portal.

WiFi Password

“MBU Open” is available to MBU students and guests. The password is “Spartans” (without the quotes).

Residence Hall Internet Connections

Each residential sleeping room has been provided with one wired network wall jack. It is strongly recommended that gaming consoles and other highly connection-sensitive devices be wired in to the campus network. If more than one port is needed, switches and one patch cable for the switch are available to be checked out from Resident Life, and should be returned before or at move-out time. Patch cables for your devices can be inexpensively obtained from Amazon or local office supply stores.

Personal Computer Help

If you are having a problem with your PC or Mac, we can help with basic troubleshooting and can give advice for more serious issues. Bring your device to IT office during our office hours, and we will provide help as technician availability permits.
