thePerk takes applications in March and April for the upcoming year. All new hires are typically decided by May, and a set schedule is made for the upcoming fall no later than the end of June. The schedule will change at the end of the semester. If any new hires are needed mid-year, they will be pulled from the March/April applications. If the position is not able to be filled, applications will be taken mid-year Nov/Dec, and the new hire will be decided by Christmas break.
When applying, put what year you will be for when you are hoping to work.
Example: If applying in March 2020, you would be applying for FA-20/SP-21 year. So if you are a sophomore when you apply, put that you will be a junior since it’s the following year.
