- Pick-up your orientation packetwith the schedule and importantinformation in it
- Test your email and Canvas
- Get your picture taken for yourMBU ID

10:00am-11:30am | Welcome to the Spartan Community
Location: Chapel
You’re a Spartan now! This is the
start of your MBU experience and orientation will help you explore, embrace and engage in what it means to become more than a student, but a true Spartan. MBU’s core values lead each individual to live their
lives for their friends, community, family and University. By integrating faith and learning, we intentionally develop relationships, create welcoming environments and inclusive communities. These foundational concepts help to make a safe and secure environment for you to live in.

12:30pm-2:00pm | How to Succeed Your First Semester
Location: Chapel
Being a Spartan has its own unique hallmarks that help to make your time here more than just a degree, but a truly amazing adventure. Not only will you thrive on campus, but also in our city. St. Louis has incredible opportunities that will help you create memories with your fellow Spartans through activities, events, and ways to give back and serve our local community.
2:00pm-4:00pm | Success Workshop
Location: Mabee Great Hall
This workshop is designed to make sure you have everything you need to be successful at MBU. There will be training on Canvas and information on how to get the resources you need for this semester. You will also meet your Student Success Advisor during the workshop.
2:00pm -4:00pm | Parent’s Panel
Location: Chapel
This session is for parent’s to have answers to any questions they may still have about MBU. A phone number will be provided for questions to be texted in before the session begins.
4:00pm-4:30pm | Dessert and Tours
Location: Mabee Great Hall
Congratulations, you have almost completed Orientation. Grab some dessert and make sure you know where your classes are by taking a tour.
