MBU Service Day

The Faith and Service Office seeks to equip students to bring about societal change by modeling servant leadership and equipping students to serve in a variety of contexts. We desire to see students, faculty, and staff serving in their communities and around the world for the glory of God and the good of others. Opportunities for service are listed below:

Fall 2018

In connection with the Presidential Inauguration, the Faith and Service Office is partnering with various offices in the University to host the first annual Fall Service Day. This fall, we are working with two organizations: Kids Against Hunger and Sharing Smiles. During the Inaugural Service Day, students, faculty, staff, and friends of MBU can help package meals for those in need and prepare stuffed animals to be given to kids in a local children’s hospital. Lunch, drinks, and live music will also be available on the Quad.

When: October 16, 2018
Where: SRC and The Perk
Time: 10 AM – 2 PM

*Chapel Credit will be awarded to students who participate in both service activities.
