LockDown Browser – Two Versions

Learn more about MBU

The version of LockDown Browser provided by each institution is different and unique to each institution. If you have previously used LockDown Browser at another college or university, that version will not work with Canvas at MBU. You will need to do one of two things:

  • Uninstall the LockDown Browser version from the other college or university, and then install the LockDown Browser version for Canvas at MBU.
  • If you still need the LockDown Browser version from the other college or university, you can install the LockDown Browser version for Canvas at MBU to work side-by-side with the one you already have.
