During the first semester of your junior year at MBU, schedule a graduation check (commonly referred to as a “grad check”) with the Records Office. A member of the Records Office personnel will meet with the students to review the degree sheet and progress toward completion. At this time, deficiencies can be caught that would allow the student sufficient time to complete the necessary courses to satisfy graduation requirements. Failure to schedule a timely grad check may not allow deficiencies to be caught in time to prevent a delayed graduation!

Helpful tips:
Grad checks are scheduled for Wednesdays for main campus students, anytime between 9:00am and 4:00pm. 
Students should expect to schedule their grad check 2-3 months in advance.
