What was the one “takeaway” you received from an MBU education?
Students do not care what you know unless they know that you care. Cheesy but true.
I have applied one thing that I learned from Dr. Deese as much as any of the math he taught me: good teachers have rules and expectations, but you have to be flexible in how you enforce them in order to reach and teach all students.
