Theological Formation

The Peck Institute emphasizes theological formation rooted in Christian Scripture, which is crucial for both personal spiritual growth and a healthy Christian community. By engaging deeply with the Bible, the Peck Institute will help students gain a profound understanding of God’s story of redemption that prepares them for a lifetime of ministry and service. Student will be equipped to articulate and defend their faith, ensuring doctrinal integrity and unity within the church and faithful witness in the world.

Transformational Leadership

The Peck Institute emphasizes transformational leadership from a Christian worldview. The Institute will help students lead by example through Christ-like humility, service, and love. Students will learn to prioritize integrity, compassion, and selflessness, aiming to reflect Jesus’ servant leadership as they participate in his mission.

Missional Engagement

The Peck Institute emphasizes missional engagement in Saint Louis and around the world. Students will actively participate in God’s mission to redeem and restore the world through the work of evangelism, disciple-making, and compassion ministry. Students will learn the importance of a holistic approach that addresses spiritual, physical, and social needs as they seek to be the hands and feet of Jesus, engaging with the world in ways that reflect God’s story of redemption.
