The Office of Residence Life is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Graduate Assistant Residence Director to begin January 1, 2024.

The Residence Director and Coordinator of Student Life develops a positive community environment that supports the academic goals of the residential students and the mission of the University and partners with other student development and student success staff, to provide assistance and support in engaging students in campus life. The position oversees female residence hall(s) and supervises female RAs.

Overall, the position works to cultivate a vibrant campus culture through involvement and engagement activities for all undergraduate students. 

The applicant must be enrolled full-time in a relevant graduate program at Missouri Baptist University.
