MBU begins its first chapel series of the year Fall Student Renewal with a three-day series that will be led by Chris White, Founder and President of Mobilizing Students.

In the ministry for more than 20 years as a student pastor, worship leader, missionary, Chris White is a frequent speaker to students and churches across the nation. He founded Mobilizing Students in 2001, a non-profit missions organization that provides all-inclusive mission trips to five continents as well as trains 18-25-year-old students as missionaries through a four-year journey called Trek-X.

“Chris is a transparent and dynamic speaker and doesn’t ‘beat around the bush,’” said Campus Minister Jonathan White. “He tells it like it is—which is what students need.”

Jonathan White also said he hopes that God will use the series “to peel back the layers of religious ways and selfish ways of living for us to turn wholeheartedly to Him.”

Music will be led by the MBU Chapel Band.

Classes will be canceled for students on Tuesday and Thursday for chapel at 11:00 a.m. Classes will not be cancelled on Wednesday, with the service optional at 1:00 p.m.
