Faith and Learning

Our faith drives our entire lives. Missouri Baptist University desires to see all of its members fulfill the Great Commandment and the Great Commission. That is, we hope that every person connected to our institution will grow in their love for God and neighbor and seek to make more disciples of Jesus Christ. This endeavor requires intentional engagement in evangelism, discipleship, and mission.


Various tools exist to help believers share the good news of Jesus Christ. Consider one of the resources below:


New believers and seasoned believers have the responsibility of growing in knowing, loving, and following Jesus. The 4-1-1 Discipleship Plan offers a way for you and others to pursue growing to be like Jesus.


Farewells and goodbyes often include important instructions, whether it be a parent dropping their child off at preschool or college. Jesus left his disciples with some important words before he ascended into heaven: Go and make disciples of all peoples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. The command is clear: Go.
