Dr. Ricardy Pierre, the Management Lead Faculty and Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Management, is celebrated for his transformational leadership and innovative problem-solving. His extensive expertise as an entrepreneur, technologist, consultant, and business coach is most notably demonstrated in his role as a mentor to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. His corporate experience includes real estate and leadership roles serving two major telecommunications companies.

Dr. Pierre is also a dynamic speaker and board member. He has served as a research chair for a Doctor of Business Administration program and teaches courses in business, management, and IT. Holding a doctorate in Management and a master’s in IT Management both from Webster University, he is a licensed real estate broker and seasoned consultant, passionately advocating for continuous improvement and forward-thinking solutions.
