The Office of Student Life is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Director of Student Life.
The Assistant Director of Student Life promotes the University’s Strategic Plan and mission of the Division of Student Development by building a sense of community, promoting a vibrant and inclusive campus, and creating co-curricular opportunities that facilitate students learning about wellness, social change and leadership through community engagement and self-reflection all students. The Assistant Director manages Student Life leaders and programming for the entire student body.
The position supports the Assistant Dean of Student Engagement’s vision, mission and goals for a comprehensive student activities program. As a part of creating a total educational experience for students, the position will work collaboratively with individuals and departments throughout the campus community.
This position will provide leadership, direction, budget management, and supervision to develop a positive learning environment that is focused on academic achievement, student development, and community.
