The School of Business at Missouri Baptist University’s main campus is seeking qualified applicants for an Adjunct Instructor opportunity in Human Resource Management. The successful candidate will teach Human Resource Management courses with offerings held in the evenings in the face-to-face format as well as in the online format. A doctorate in Human Resource Management with a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree also in Human Resource Management, Management, or closely related field of study is preferred. A master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a bachelor’s degree in a closely related field of study will be considered. The degrees are required to have been conferred by an ACBSP or AACSB accredited institution. Industry certifications of SHRM-CP and or SHRM-SCP, and PHR are required.
Direct industry experience, teaching experience, and LMS competency at the college level is a plus.
