Bobbies, Brutes, and Books in London

Please join us on Missouri Baptist University’s study abroad program, London – The City Experience  (AKA Bobbies, Brutes, and Books), in May 2020.
London is full of stories of famous criminals and detectives. On this tour, you can visit some of the places they haunted, like Holmes and Watson’s 221B Baker Street apartment, the Palace of Westminster that Guy Fawkes almost bombed in 1605, or the alleyways where Jack the Ripper stalked his victims. But London is also the scene of contemporary actions of crime and justice. As you walk London’s historic streets with Professors Ooms and Woodiel, history, literature, and contemporary culture come together. You’ll deepen your understanding of London’s rich history and its current criminal justice system—as well as the stories city dwellers tell, past and present, about its crimes.

Pricing of $3,365 includes airfare, accommodations, breakfast, dinner, and event entrance fees for our 7-day adventure.

Why enroll now?  Enrolling is easy – complete the attached form and send it to Dr. Ooms, then bring your deposit to MBU Student Accounts.  Be sure to lock in your spot now with the lowest program price available.  Monthly payment plans are available and prices are at the lowest they will be.
