• Roundtrip coach airfare from St. Louis to London
• Airline taxes and fuel surcharges currently valued at $685
• 6 nights hotel accommodation. All rooms double or triple occupancy with private bathrooms. Suggested properties are:
• -London: Ibis Shepherds Bush Hotel or similar
• Breakfast daily
• 2 pub restaurant dinners (welcome and farewell)
• Arrival London airport transfers by private motor coach and with Select Travel Study escort including half day orientation sightseeing tour
• Departure escorted transfer hotel / airport
• 7 day London tube pass (zone 1 and 2)

• Health, trip cancellation/interruption or baggage insurance. All are strongly recommended.

• Items of a personal nature (hotel extras, laundry, phone calls etc.).
• Items not specifically mentioned above.
• Items of a personal nature; e.g., laundry, room service, telephone charges. Internet access charges or other hotel extras. All passengers are responsible for settling any such costs incurred before checking out of each hotel.

Currency Exchange

Prices are quoted in US dollars and are guaranteed upon submission of the signed agreement. No currency surcharges will be levied for any reason after that point.

Taxes

Our prices include all US and European government taxes, airline taxes and fuel surcharges as levied as of the date of this proposal. In the event that additional taxes are introduced by national or local governing bodies or existing taxes increased, Select Travel Study may have to pass on all such additional charges.

• Minimum 20 participants plus 2 faculty – $3,295.00/person
• Minimum 15 participants plus 2 faculty – $3,495.00/person
• Minimum 12 participants plus 1 faculty – $3,695.00/person
