Our schedule does contain a degree of flexibility. We suggest the following schedule of deposits:
Payments can be remitted by wire transfer to our US account or via university check to our New Jersey office.
We do our best to avoid or mitigate cancellation charges. All participants are strongly encouraged to take out cancellation insurance. Participants who are replaced will normally just incur an airline fee for name changes (typically in the range of $150-250). If cancelled participant is not replaced, the following maximum charges may be levied. Any theatre or event tickets purchased on your behalf will be in addition to the charges shown below.
After January 25th: $250 per participant
