1098-T Information

Students that paid qualified tuition and related expenses are issued form 1098-T (example below). If you had a 2022 qualified transaction you were issued a form. If you indicated on your Financial Responsibility Agreement form you would like to receive your 1098T electronically, you were notified forms are available in your student portal. Those that did not opt to receive an electronic form were issued a 1098T via US mail to the billing address listed on your account on January 31, 2023.

To retrieve your form once logged into MyMBUAccess click on My Document Tracking:

and your form will be listed as 2022 Form 1098-T. From there, click on the VIEW button on the left side to view as a PDF.

Those that failed to provide Missouri Baptist University with a valid social security number were asked to complete a W-9S form and send it in as soon as possible to ensure a corrected form could be issued and proper filing is submitted to the IRS.
