The Missouri Baptist University fitness program aims to encourage the entire MBU community to commit to be fit.  Faculty, staff, and students have convenient access to state-of-the-art equipment in the fitness center and a wide variety of group fitness classes offered at no cost. From beginners to seasoned athletes and yoga to Zumba, MBU fitness inspires the University community towards enhanced wellness.

Spring 2015 Semester Hours

Monday- Thursday     6:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.

Friday                            6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturday                      11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Sunday                         5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The Fitness Center closes when MBU offices are closed. Please refer to the main Sports & Recreation Complex webpage for specific dates and times.
