Class Descriptions

Barre Fusion: This class is a combination of yoga, core and leg moves to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. The barre exercises strengthen and trim the outer and inner thighs as well as the rear.

Core Fusion: Core Fusion is a mash-up of various fitness formats, with elements of mat pilates, core work, full body strength movement, balance, stretching and flexibility moves.

Full Body Strength:  Resistance exercises using body weight, dumbbells and bands.  Carve and sculpt the muscles, and improve the body’s ability to build strength to burn fat.

Intro to Total Body Training : This class is for those who want to learn proper form and technique for building strength and endurance in a safe, relaxed, and non- competitive environment.  A variety of exercises will target each major muscle group (arms, shoulder, chest, abdomen, back, hips, and legs).

Total Body Training : A combo of challenging cardiovascular work and sculpting moves that will keep you coming back for more. Denny will guide, push, motivate, and not let you quit… guys and girls alike look forward to every workout!

Women with Weights : A class designed for all levels that teaches women proper body mechanics, alignment, and effective strength training in a comfortable environment. Dumbbells, bands, medicine balls, and other equipment will be utilized for a total body workout.

Yoga: This flow class based on traditional yoga practice will challenge the body by moving from pose to pose at a pace that will increase your heart rate and produce overall muscle toning. A focus on core work will be included.

Zumba : An exhilarating, effective and easy-to-follow Latin-inspired dance fitness party that will have you burning calories while moving your way toward joy and health. This is a fast-paced class that those just beginning will enjoy as much as the seasoned Zumba-goer.
