Mix up your fitness routine and meet like-minded people in our group fitness program. The program is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni and Spartan members. All classes are held in the Group Fitness Room (SRC 304) on the third floor of the Sports and Rec Complex.

Sculpt & Core

with Christy

Tuesday 12 – 1 p.m.

A workout that will sculpt you from head-to-toe while focusing on strengthening your core and ending with a full body stretch.

Women with Weights

with Brenna

Wednesday  12:15- 1:00 p.m.

A class designed for all levels that teaches women proper body mechanics, alignment, and effective strength training in a comfortable & fun environment!

Total Body Training

with Denny

Friday  12:15- 1:00 p.m.

A combo of challenging cardiovascular work and sculpting moves that will keep you coming back for more. You will be guided, pushed, & motivated not to quit!

Monday  7:30 – 8:15 a.m.

This class is for those who want to learn proper form and technique for building strength and endurance in a safe, relaxed, and non- competitive environment.
