Mix up your fitness routine and meet like-minded people in our group fitness program. The program is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni and Spartan members. All classes are held in the Group Fitness Room (SRC 304) on the third floor of the Sports and Rec Complex.

Spring 2014 Session: January 13- April 25

Cost: Unlimited classes are free for undergraduate students. Sign up outside of the GFR or at the fitness center desk. Unlimited classes are $15 per semester for faculty, staff, alumni, and Spartan members. After March 17, the cost lowers to $10.
