This is a list of technique that I have put together over the years. I hand this out to my wrestlers at the beginning of the year and eventually get to the majority of the technique. This is very helpful to a wrestler. This allows them to have a visual along with the repetitions they will perform at practice. |
This is a lift routine put together for my wrestling team at Missouri Baptist University. This one is for pre-season. |
This is a list of wrestling games, ideas, technique, strategies, and coaching. |
This is a warm-up that I put together this year for the wrestling team at Missouri Baptist University. The idea here is to get your first match out of the way during the warm-up. Anyone in wrestling knows that the first match is sometimes a warm-up/bad match. This warm-up allows for the wrestler to already be past that match and wrestle like they are in their third and fourth matches of the day. |

This is a checklist for the binder I had my wrestler’s here at Missouri Baptist University make and organize. The idea here is to keep a log and track each individuals progress. If the wrestler has a great match we can look back and see what he/or she did right or wrong and make sure he/or she does this all the time the right way. This maximizes success. We also have Team Goals, Team Philosophies, and our Wrestling Ways placed inside the binder. |
