Thompson was also appointed at the Annual Meeting to serve as the vice chair of the United Way’s Tri-County Auxillary Board, which covers St. Charles, Lincoln and Warren counties.

Dr. Alton Lacey, MBU President, also serves on United Way’s Board of Directors.
United Way’s Annual Meeting brought nearly 150 civic leaders from throughout the bi-state region to MBU. United Way of Greater St. Louis raises and distributes $70 million annually to agencies providing health and human services for 1 million people in 16 counties of Missouri and Illinois.
