RE: Three Students Receive Heartworks Scholarships
Three Students Receive Heartworks Scholarships
August 29, 2003
Missouri Baptist University students, Deborah Anderson, T.C. Brown-Epperson, and Rachel Hovis, were awarded 2003 Heartworks Foundation scholarships. The scholarships are presented to deserving students to provide them the financial assistance needed to commence or continue their studies at educational institutions. Those selected must be a Missouri resident demonstrating sufficient academic ability and the character and motivation to obtain an education.
Three of this year’s eight annual scholarships were awarded to MBU students.
“We are extremely grateful to the Heartworks Foundation for making this wonderful opportunity available to the students at MBU. The scholarships will make a Christian education possible for many who otherwise would have been unable to afford it,” says Keith Ross, Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
