RE: MBU Frankin County Extension Offers Day Courses
MBU Frankin County Extension Offers Day Courses
April 9, 2003
Missouri Baptist University’s Franklin County Extension will expand its capability to accommodate a diverse student population as it begins offering daytime courses in the fall 2003 semester. In addition to the regularly scheduled evening classes, daytime courses will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays to accommodate traditional college-aged students and parents whose children are in school during the day.
Classes will meet in eight-week sessions, and students will be able to earn up to thirteen hours per semester by attending just two days per week during regular school hours. Classes available this fall will include Methods of Teaching, The Exceptional Child, Professional Portfolio, Integrated Language Arts Concepts, and Psychology of Teaching and Learning. To meet with an advisor and discuss course offerings, students may make an appointment for a transcript evaluation to plan a semester-by-semester program based on individual needs.
Registration for the fall 2003 semester is now open; for more information, please call Missouri Baptist University’s Franklin County Extension at (636) 629-4111 or e-mail fc@mobap.edu.
