Missouri Baptist College will hold its thirtieth annual commencement ceremony at 10:30AM on Saturday, April 27, 2002, at Queeny Park. The graduating class of 2002 will be record-setting in number with 290 students receiving bachelor degrees and forty graduates in the Master’s program. The ceremony will feature Missouri Baptist College president, Dr. R. Alton Lacey. Under Dr. Lacey’s leadership, the College has seen tremendous growth with a sixty-five percent increase in enrollment.
The graduates will be conferred in degrees of Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Professional Studies, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Education, Bachelor of Music, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate of Science in Business Administration, Writing Certificate in English, Certificate of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Education.
