Missouri Baptist College Presents Opera / Jazz Concert

October 26, 2001

The MBC Opera Theater Workshop and the College's vocal jazz group, Allusion, will combine for an unusual concert on Friday, Nov 16, in Field Hall on the MBC campus. The program will begin at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free, but a donation of canned goods for local food pantries is requested.

The concert will involve short scenes form "Il Trovatore", "Cavalleria Rusticana", and Menotti's "The Consul". Allusion's program will consist of jazz standards and other contemporary favorites. For further information, contact Pat Lacey at 314-392-2101.
