All publications require complete MBU contact information. Multi-page publications must provide the contact information on a front of back cover, adjoining the Logo 2002 or a Nameplate.
When contact information is specific to a person or a department, it is required that a direct phone and fax line, and e-mail address, to be used in place of the generic MBU contact information. For extension sites, note proper name usage in addition to site-specific contact information. It is not acceptable to list an extension if a direct-dial number has been assigned.
Never abbreviate the institution's name, or any part of the address. Use "One" instead of the numeral in the street address. Spell-out "Saint" and "Missouri" and always include the zip plus-four. The area code must be included for the phone number, but may be omitted with the fax number if the fax is listed in conjuction with the phone number. The web address must note "www" at the beginning.

Exceptions to these rules exist with merchandise, clothing, and concert tickets. On such occasions, the use of "mobap.edu" would suffice as a bare minumum.
