Departments do not need to contact University Communications or the BO to order name badges. Simply proceed through the traditional PO process. Each department has a designated individual responsible for entering the department’s name badge orders through American Heritage.
Name badges contain two lines for individual information (name and title) and two lines of screen printed University information. To order name badges for your department, submit the your request to Cyndy at American Heritage by phone at 314.432.2101 or via email at amheritagesales@aol.com. The price of each name badge is $9.28. You must submit orders in quantities of three or more to avoid a processing charge.
Submit a PO to the business office for the total price of your order. Your name badge order will only be processed when the business office has received a PO for your order.
Door and desk plates are black in color with text in white. Standard desk plate size is 9”x1.5” and door plate size varies by department.
To order door and/or desk plates, submit the size of each plate with up to two lines of information to Cyndy at American Heritage by phone at 314.432.2101 or via email at amheritagesales@aol.com. Upon price confirmation, submit a completed PO to the business office.
