Verification is a process of reviewing select information on a submitted FAFSA. The government generally selects the applications they want a Financial Aid Administrator to review, as well as the specific information that needs verified. Sometimes, a school will select an application on its own if there is reason to believe the information from your FAFSA is incorrect. If additional information is required, the instructions and additional forms needed will be provided to you.
On this page, you will find forms for each type of information you are required to verify. Within the form, additional information might be requested, such as tax return information. Please refer to your Spartan Space document section to know which specific forms are being asked of you. You will also find helpful guides and instructions to help you collect or fill out the forms you download.
