Schick enters her second season as Head Women's Track and Field and Cross
Country Coach. Coach Schick's first year at MBU produced one All-Conference
and NAIA All-American Cross Country athlete, five All-Conference track athletes,
two NAIA Outdoor Track and Field National Championship qualifiers and one
NAIA Outdoor Track and Field All-American.
Prior to MBU, she spent the three years as an Assistant Coach at NCAA Division I Northwestern State University(Natchitoches, Louisiana). While there, Coach Schick worked with the men's and women's sprinters and relays, resulting in both an NCAA All-American and USA Track and Field Meet qualifier. Prior to coaching at NSU, Coach Schick served as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Grand Valley State University, a NCAA Division II institution in Allendale, Michigan.
A native of Texas, and product of Western State College of Colorado, she received her Bachelors degree in Psychology. While at Western, her athletic career led her to become a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference All-Conference Team member, a NCAA National Meet Qualifier and school record holder in the 4x400m relay. Coach Schick obtained her Master's Degree from NSU, and also holds USA Track and Field Level I and Level II certifications.
