Missouri Baptist University Sports Medicine is committed to incorporating the mission of the University and Athletic Department through faith, education, and medical services. The Athletic Training Department embraces the five NAIA character initiatives: Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Servant Leadership, and Sportsmanship; while providing quality health services to intercollegiate student-athletes encompassing 27 team sports. Striving to protect the student-athletes through injury prevention and risk management, the athletic training staff remains current in knowledge and skills in injury recognition, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation, committed to a philosophy of sport that values a combined effort in maintaining the overall health and wellness of the student-athlete.
