Women's Soccer
MBU Women’s Soccer has signed two more standout recruits. Alicia Bodkin and Ashley Roberts are both from Granite City IL. Both have been playing for Southwest Illinois Community College, Ranked 15th in the nation. Ashley Roberts who was first team all region and captain of the team at SWIC. Coach Dutchik’s Comments. “Ashley is a great player who has good technical ability and a great work rate, I expect her to be a difference maker right away.”
Alicia Bodkin also comes to MMBU from SWIC. Alicia was also a captain at SWIC and was on the honor roll. Coach Dutchik’s comments. “We are excited to get Alicia. She is one of the hardest workers that I have seen. Alicia will do well and help us out in the back field. She will also bring a lot of energy to the team. This is very nice to get both of these ladies, they are great soccer players and all around great people. They come from a Juco program that has had great success recently”.

Women's Soccer
Missouri Baptist University Women’s Soccer would like to announce the newest member of the MBU Soccer Family. Jessica Richardson comes to Missouri Baptist University from Truman High School in Independence, MO. While at Truman, Jessica received the Metro Sports Recognition Leadership Award and was 2nd team all conference. Jessica has also been the team captain since her freshman year. Jessica plays her club soccer for Bayern Munich KC. Coach Dutchik says “It is nice to get a player of Jessica’s caliber. She has been well coached in her club and has played at a high level for years. She will help us right away both on and off the field.”
Missouri Baptist University Women’s Soccer has signed Taylor Hay. Hay comes to MBU from Edwardsville high school. Taylor plays her club soccer for Metro FC in Edwardsville, IL. Taylor was 3rd team all metro last season and was also picked to play for a team that traveled to Argentina to play against their National Team. Coach Dutchik comments; “Taylor is an excellent player that comes to us from one of the best clubs in the nation. She has been trained by some of the best coaches in the area and has an amazing work ethic. We are very excited to have her as apart of the team.”
Women's Volleyball
The Missouri Baptist University Women’s Volleyball team is pleased to announce the signing of Elisabeth Pruitt. Pruitt is a first team All State selection from Crystal City High School. Pruitt stands 5’8” and plays the Outside Hitter position. Pruitt led her team to a fourth place finish at the Missouri High School State Tournament. She earned first team honors at the Conference, District, Regional and State levels.
