Women's Volleyball

Missouri Baptist Volleyball is pleased to announce the signing of Brittany Lukasek. Brittany is a 5’10” Middle Blocker from DuBourg H.S. and St. Charles Xplosion VBC. She should have an immediate impact on the 2005-2006 squad and her experience and work ethic will make her a great addition.

Women's Soccer

MBU Women’s soccer would like to announce the signing of Toni Davis. Toni is from Saint Louis and plays her High School soccer for Hazelwood Central and is the Captain of her team. Toni plays her club Soccer for JB Marine Soccer Club one of the best clubs in the nation. Coach Dutchik Say’s “We are very excited to have Toni as the newest member of our family. She is an excellent defender and has been well coached at every level. We expect Toni to come in and make a difference right away. Toni also is a great fit on and off the field.”

Men's Basketball

Ryan Byrne has signed to play basketball at Missouri Baptist University. Ryan is a 6’3 guard from Mineral Area College. He led the team in scoring and free-throw percentage, and was an All-Region XVI and All-MCCAC Conference selection. “Ryan has a great work ethic, and is a tough competitor. His abilities to score and defend will be a tremendous asset. He will fit in great with our team”, stated Head Coach, Tony Tompkins.

Ryan averaged 13.5 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.5 assists a game while finishing #2 in the Region with a 84 Free Throw % and in the top 5 in 3 point FG% at 43.1. He was a major factor in the Cardinals MCCAC Conference Championship and a 21-10 season.

Ryan is the son of Kevin and Linda Byrne who reside in Troy, IL.

Men's Bowling

Missouri Baptist University Men’s Bowling would like to announce the addition of a new team member, Curtis Taylor! Curtis is a right-handed bowler from Humble, TX and looks to major in accounting, possibly furthering his education with law school. A strong bowler, Curtis will be a great asset to the Spartans! Welcome, Curtis!

The Missouri Baptist University Men’s Bowling is pleased to have Steven Luttrell, Jr. as part of the 2005-2006 Spartan bowling team! Steven loves bowling and exhibits it in his ability. A right-handed bowler, Steven anticipates becoming a business major while assisting the Spartan bowling team to a successful upcoming season. Welcome, Steven!

Women's Bowling

Missouri Baptist University Women’s Bowling would like to announce their newest member, Monica Feldhausen! Monica is a transfer student from Beatrice, NE and would like to study education during her academic career at MBU. Currently, Monica is at Fort Leonard Wood completing her basic training for the United States Army. An avid, right-handed bowler, Monica is excited to be joining our team and we are happy to have her. Welcome, Monica!

The Missouri Baptist University Women’s Bowling would like to congratulate Hayley Donnelly as a member of the Spartans! Hayley is a right-handed bowler from Toowoomba, Queensland, Australia and is currently undecided in her college major. However she has decided that she loves bowling and it shows in her accomplishments. Welcome, Hayley!
