Spartan Baseball Run for the World Series Ends
The Missouri Baptist University baseball team's run for an NAIA World Series appearance has come to an end. The Spartans lost game two of the NAIA Mid-South Super Regional to Oklahoma City University 10-7 at OCU's Jim Wade Stadium on Friday night. The Spartans fall short of their attempt at their first ever NAIA World Series, while the Stars will be making their tenth NAIA World Series appearance. MBU concludes their season 40-16-1.
