Baseball Drops Two to McKendree

The Missouri Baptist University baseball team dropped its first two American Midwest Conference games of the season to McKendree University on Saturday. The Spartans lost the first game 5-9. The Spartan defense committed four errors in the contest. Cody Poche' picked up the loss.

The Spartans lost the second game 6-8. Scott Talbert and Lucas Hulseu drove in homeruns for MBU.

The Spartans Fall to 19-9 on the season and fall a game behind Mckendree in conference play at 4-2. They two teams will play the final two games of their series today at McKendree beginning at 1:00 pm.
