Tennis Teams Come up Short Against Quincy

The Missouri Baptist University men's and women's tennis teams both came up short against Quincy University at Principia College on Saturday.

The women's squad lost to Quincy 7-2. The two wins came from the doubles team of Lindsay Dixon and Brittany Becker, and from Lindsay's Dixon's singles victory. The men's competition came down to the last match, as the Spartans fell 5-4. David Cozad and Chris Conley both remained undefeated on the season, winning the #1 doubles match and the #1 and #2 singles matches.

Both teams will be back in action on Tuesday as they travel to the University of Illinois-Springfield.
