Women's Basketball Loses to Park

The Missouri Baptist University women's basketball team lost in non-conference action 89-68 to Park University at home on Thursday night. The Lady Spartans struggled to click the entire night, but trailed by only nine with three minutes to go in the game. The Lady Pirates widened the lead to 21 points in the closing minutes, as the Lady Spartans ran out of steam. MBU drops to 10-15 overall.

They will return to American Midwest Conference play when they host Williams Baptist College on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
