Men's Tennis Picks Up First Win of Season

The Missouri Baptist University men's tennis team picked up its first win of the season, with a 6-3 victory over host Principia College Tuesday night. The Spartans are now 1-1 on the season. Winning their doubles matches were the #1 team of David Conley and Chris Cozad, and the #2 team of Pershard Owens and Nick Jannett. Winning their singles matches were #1 Chris Cozad, #2 David Conley, #3 Pershard Owens, and #4 Nick Jannett. Cozad and Conley remain undefeated in both singles and doubles play this season.

The Spartans will return to the courts this Friday at 10:00 a.m., as they face Quincy Universtiy at Principia College.
