Weekend Athletic Results

Men’s Basketball
The Spartans went winless at the College of the Ozarks Classic, losing to the College of the Ozarks on Friday (75-68) and Bellevue University (77-64) on Saturday. They drop to 2-7. The Spartans will be back on the road next weekend at the Grace College Classic in Winona Lake, Indiana.

Women’s Basketball
The Lady Spartans dropped to 3-5 with a loss to NCAA D-II opponent Southwest Baptist University 104-75 in Bolivar on Saturday. They will have a re-match against Park University at home this Thursday at 5:00 PM. The Lady Spartans lost to the Pirates 74-70 at Park last Thursday.

Wrestling
The Spartans traveled to Iowa this past weekend. They lost to the #14 ranked William Penn University 27-21 in a dual meet Friday night, then placed 9th of 17 teams at the Simpson College Invitational on Saturday. They will host #2 ranked McKendree University in a dual meet this Wednesday at 7:00 PM. The Spartans received a NAIA National ranking of #18 in the November 29th ranking.
