MBU's Meagan Hudson is All-American

MBU sophomore cross country runner Meagan Hudson ran for an MBU first at Saturday's NAIA Cross Country National Championship. The sophomore finished 24th, earning All-American honors. She completed the 5k race with a time of 18:19.

Hudson is the first female in the history of the MBU women's cross country program to earn All-American honors. The honor is the third for Hudson this year. She becomes the first athlete in MBU history to be named an All-American in three sports during one calendar year. Hudson earned All-American honors in both Indoor Track & Field and Outdoor Track & Field earlier this year.

Also competing at the National Championship for the MBU men's cross country team were Kenneth Kibii and Vincent Morogah. Both runners performed well, but just missed finishing in the top 30 for All-American honors.
